The first two days after the procedure are a “quiet period”. The tiny redness at the needle insertion sites will disappear, but you will not feel any significant relaxation in your muscles yet. The most common mistake during this period is to strain, massage or worry, saying “It didn't work”. Be patient, the process is working in the background.
Days 3 and 5: First "Freeze" Signals
